Am not even a customer. But I had an issue with an email sent from my Safaricom hosted domain.The email that was getting falsely flagged as spam by an email server owned/managed/whatever by deep Africa. Upon doing their verification work, they white-listed emails from my domain unconditionally. Very polite. Very professional. Very refined. Very considerate. Very efficient. Very all-superlatives.
