What is a MX Entry?
Mx Entries determine how mail is delivered to your domain. If your mail is
delivered to the server that your domain is on, you will not need to edit this.
However, if your mail should be delivered to an external mail server or another
domain, you need to point your MX entry to that location. Please note that
a valid MX entry is the hostname of a server such as mail.mydomain.com. IP
addresses, such as 65.455.23.10 are not valid. To send your mail to an external
mail server, simply enter that server's name in the blank field and click
on Change.
Always Accept Mail Locally
When enabled, mail that is generated on the server this account is on
(usually from cron jobs or scripts) will be delivered to the local account,
even if the MX entry for the domain points to a remote server.
If this feature is not enabled, all mail for this domain will be sent to the
server specified by the MX entry for this domain, regardless of the origin of
the mail.
