What is an Auto Responder?

Auto Responders will send a message back automatically to anyone who send an email to the address with the auto responder. For example, if you are out of the office, you can set an auto responder to notify anyone who emails you that you are on vacation and when you will return, how you can be reached, etc.

Auto Responder Loops

While there is a system built into this software to attempt to prevent auto responder loops, it is possible to create an infinite loop if your auto responder is sending messages to another account that has an auto responder on it. Make sure to disable your auto responder when sending messages from your account.
